Positive: The location and space is perfect Negative: There were small cockcroaches

I won’t recommend Positive: None Negative: We were not informed beforehand that only 4–6 people were allowed to enter each unit. I specifically booked the accommodation for 15 people, so it was extremely frustrating and disappointing that, after my family had already gone through an exhausting trip from the province to Manila, they were stopped at the lobby for around 30 minutes to an hour while the staff were still trying to figure out the situation. I even asked beforehand if it would be possible to have an ocular visit to make sure everything was properly arranged and to avoid any hassle during our trip. Unfortunately, despite taking that extra step and trying to make sure everything would go smoothly, we were still left disappointed upon arrival. To make matters worse, the kitchen exhaust fan was not working, and the sink was also broken/not functioning properly. Considering that I booked the accommodation for 15 people, I expected these important details and restrictions to be clearly communicated beforehand and the facilities to be in proper working condition. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after my family had traveled all the way from the province to Manila and was already exhausted. Most of these issues could have been avoided with proper communication, preparation, and coordination before our arrival.

Positive: The area is so spacious, classy, and clean. Highly recommended for big group stay.

Great place to stay if you dont want to leave the city for whatever reason. Safe parking Positive: First time in a Manila Condo but it was better than I expected and the view from balcony and the pool facility was a big plus. Only stayed one night between arriving from UK and travelling to Bora so could have done with spending more time there to give a broader review. Negative: The dripping AC condensate and the old AC unit om balcony could have been rectified

Positive: Everything Negative: None
