The staff themselves were lovely and helpful, and I hope the property management can address these maintenance and clean
Positive: The flat initially appeared clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent — conveniently close to the airport and the mall. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Negative: Unfortunately, after spending some time in the flat, we noticed some small unwanted pests appearing on the kitchen countertops and cupboards. One of the toilets was also missing its toilet seat, which was inconvenient. These issues were quite disappointing and affected our overall experience.
