Convenient place to stay, staff are good and well accommodating. Positive: comfortable and spacious Negative: unfortunately we were last minute transferred to different unit so wasn’t able to really experience the actual room.

Positive: Security at property was helpful and lovely. Negative: We did not receive the property we booked due to water damage, we were accommodated in a similar apartment, 17T. The furnishings were not like we had expected or close to the same and there was no massage chair. There was no attempt to partially refund due to the change of apartment. One of the beds was dirty and there were cockroaches in the property. Air conditioning when turned on has a mildew smell and there were no hand towels or hand soap in the bathrooms. Towels provided had holes in them and one of my daughters had makeup on it which can be washed off and property is now requesting replacement of towels even though they were worn and had holes already. One did have blood on it, which I agreed to replace but requesting for all five is very unreasonable. They are requesting PHP 600 per towel even though they were worn with holes. After I asked for proof she admitted only 3 had stains but no attempt to wash the stains off or bleach as most properties do with towels. Book at your own risk.
